A day of fun in and around Mosier, OR for the 2024 Columbia Gorge CWMA Field Day!

Thank you to everyone who attended!

This year, we traveled to different areas throughout the the portion of the Columbia Gorge that falls within Oregon. Various approaches to land management were showcased from weeds to restoration at different sites!

This year included stops at a USFS restoration site at the McClure House, a look at weed management at Idiot’s Grace Winery and Orchard, a collaborative land management effort at Tom McCall Trail, and a final botanizing stop at a Columbia Land Trust natural area.

We’d like to give a big thanks to all of our speakers for bringing this event to life! Thank you Brance Morefield for kicking it off at McClure House (for the second year in a row); Idiots Grace for allowing us to tour an awesome winery and orchard; Jen Langevin from The Nature Conservancy; and Kate Conley for showing us a tucked away gem at Four Sisters.
